Approaching our 12th anniversary, it feels important to stop and reflect on where we came from. Beginning in a home office as a one-person team in 2008, our beginnings were humble. Our president, Rafael Witczak, wore so many hats and worked through countless changes over our growth. What started as a small business in the critical freight transporting industry evolved into a major emergency expedite service provider soon after.
“As we grew, so did our team. Yet, despite our growth, our promise has always been the same: to deliver your goods with ease and peace of mind,” says Rafael.
Since 2008, the only thing that’s changed about Sprinter is our capacity. We have a Toronto-based operating facility, multiple city warehousing, vehicle fleet (include an air division), a team of experienced logistics coordinators, CTPAT and PIP certifications, and most importantly, competent staff who are always available.
With our all-inclusive, cost-effective, and timely service, our customer portfolio has been growing and has resulted in upsizing our facility in 2016, 2018, and now, an anticipated December 2020 move.
Looking back over the last 12 years, Rafael says, “It seems like it was only yesterday I was working out of my home office. Now, we’re celebrating a dozen years and with it, a bigger facility, growing team, and thousands of deliveries.”
